Vintage racing. Pembrey 28th & 29th May 2005.

Second round of the season was at Pembrey in South Wales with two races each day. Neils' outfit didn't run right all weekend and seemed to be missfiring.Neil & Zoe only managed to compete in three out of four races due to the top end not being together in time to go out in race two. They didn't finish last in the three races they competed in but felt that when the A10 is running right, they will finish a few more places up the field. Among the pictures you will see Neil working on the top end of the A10 as well as a couple of snaps of a Norton which snapped its crank in the first race on day one so it wasn't such a bad weekend after all. Next meeting is 25th & 26th June 2005  CCMCC member Neil Bartle has been competing in vintage sidecar racing as a passenger for many seasons, he has also had a go at riding a borrowed outfit. This season, however, he is racing his own outfit (650 BSA A10) with fellow CCMCC member Zoe Reynolds (Zoes first season) as his passenger. First meeting of the year was Mallory Park on 27th March 2005. In the first race they didn't finish last which was a good start. They retired in the second race due to a top end rattle, which was later found to be a loose tappet adjuster. - Perry
